Avoid this surgeon if at all possible. They are completely insensitive to the needs of those who wait for their loved undergoing a procedure. There’s no coffee, you’re not allowed to bring your own into the lobby, they insist you wait in their uncomfortable lobby chair for several hours rather than letting you leave and return with a phone call when your loved one’s ready to go. I hate this surgeon.

BEWARE! Ask for a detailed list of what you will be charged. I was asked to pay $580 at my first cataract surgery. Before my second surgery date, was called and told I didn't pay enough and had to pay $1600 before my next surgery! Then yesterday, I received a SECOND NOTICE for a $180 bill. I never received a FIRST NOTICE!! Called the office during business hours to ask what the bill was for and had to leave a message. No call back. Poor, poor customer service. Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

EXTREMELY long wait to be seen. We were told to arrive at noon and the surgery time was scheduled for 1:30p. The surgery did not take place until 4:30p. I'm literally still waiting in the lot and the business has now closed. Over scheduling patients like this should be illegal. Every one who accompanies patients cannot stay on the premises for 4+ hours. I'm incredibly upset about this. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Incredibility long wait times. They consistently over schedule their capacity to service. It appears they recently merged several organizations into a central provider group. Received billings and invoices from Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Detroit. Called for clarification and was assured we were paid up. 3 weeks later received notice for referral to collections. Simply a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Changed the time 2 times. The second time was day of surgery. I was the family member who had to rush to get out of work even earlier than already planned. We arrived on time at 1:15 instead of 2:30 for their new day of requested schedule and are completely checked in within 15 minutes. I asked what time his surgery got moved to. But the time didn’t move, it was still at 4pm?? You can’t go anywhere, you sign away your right to leave the premises. I had to skip lunch to meet their new schedule. But I’m not aloud to go get food. And they want me to sit here for hours, NOT DURING SURGERY, just to hangout for hours prior to the 20 minute surgery. Everyone was more than polite to as we bent over to take their constant changes. So at least the staff is friendly and the place is clean.
