Did not like it and do not trust them. Anesthesiologist I had was a creep. He was acting very strange overly happy, overly friendly he made a inappropriate comment to me which Beth the patient advocate is trying to cover up for him and say that is normal protocol telling a female patient who was under anesthesia with only a gown on that they looked good crosses boundaries. That’s sick and makes me question everything that went on during the procedure. I was told I was going to be put under a twilight sleep where I would still be aware I was fully sleep which explains why he lied about my weight he gave me more than what I needed I am a small woman. He lied on my op report on how much I weighed he put down I was nearly 127 lbs I saw the nurse write down my actual weight of a significantly lower weight than that. how am I supposed to trust the medical field when your being shady. I talked to people at the facility and it seems not that important shady . I pray to god I was not violated while being fully unconscious. The team I had makes me question my care with them I already spoke with them so telling me to call you when Beth stated there’s nothing else she can do why keep reaching out knowing you’ll just likely stop picking up the calls ? You don’t care about the patients.

This was my first ever major surgery I've had, and I had to go out of state to Ohio for it. But this team, and I mean everyone on this team, was absolutely amazing. The receptionist was lovely and very kind and helpful, every nurse I came across was awesome and super sweet! I was nervous coming in, but they made the entire process so smooth and I couldn't ask for a better team. Every single person was so caring and it felt like a good family taking care of you and coaching you through the surgery process. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had foot surgery. The receptionist was knowledgeable she walked me through the process. Dr. Hudson and the staff in the operating room were so amazing. I was awake through it , so Cody checked up on me several times, which made me fill at ease. High recommend this facility.

Start to finish the facility was AMAZING to me and my mother. We went in for an elective surgery. The receptionist was so kind and extremely helpful with a billing confusion. The staffing who helped set me up were great, compassionate and helpful. After surgery in recovery, I had additional nurses helping me. Which were truly wonderful women. They even had the best snacks. So thank you Dublin Surgery Center for making this such an amazing experience. It would not have been the same without all of you.

I traveled from several hours away to have Dr. Okada perform my top surgery and it was absolutely worth it. I couldn't have possibly asked for better results! The experience was fantastic; everyone was so helpful, respectful, and friendly, and they all took really good care of both me and my caretaker. I liked that they had refreshments for my caretaker, kept him updated multiple times during my surgery, and let him sit and wait with me before the procedure. They gave really good explanations and instructions, and I didn't feel nervous at all about my surgery because I knew I was in good hands. Everything went really smoothly and I've been recovering really well! I would definitely choose Dr. Okada and Dublin Surgery Center again. I'm so grateful for your whole team!
