I give a five thumbs up for Northwest Ohio orthopedics surgical center. Everyone was kind starting from the check-in process all the way through the anesthesiologist and the doctor performing the surgery. They were all very professional and supportive. Highly recommend Dr. Bruce Heck, my surgeon.

This is my second time at the surgery center for NWO. The first time was amazing just because of how I was treated by the personnel, which was a great experience. The surgery was a big success thank you. I was treated at the NWO surgery center for a second time to have pins removed from my toes that were replaced several months ago Dr Kimberly Smith did both operations and she is absolutely amazing. A great personality and a sharp witt. That doesn’t let her down. I have thoroughly enjoyed being in her care, for the surgeries. The teams that helped her in the center were excellent and things ran like clockwork. My think is directed to you all, and it couldn’t have been done without you… If I am in need for foot surgery again, I will certainly contact Mrs. Smith and her associates. Had a total hip replacement Monday! The whole staff at the surgery center went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Nye is the best! Very good at his job and very personable. I would definitely come back to the surgery center!😊🤗

In June 2025 I had right hand carpel tunnel surgery that healed nicely and feeling is returning in my thumb and first 2 fingers. I didn’t want my left hand to go completely numb as my right hand had so on November 4, 2025 I had the same surgery done on the left hand. It is now 2 days since the surgery, so the healing has just started. As for the 2 surgeries it was the same experience in both. Dr Heck and the NWO team worked efficiently and flawlessly and I have recommended them to others.

I fell and broke both bones inmy arm and messed up the bones ibn my wrist, NWO got me in right away (THE NEXT DAY). Larry Rosenberger APRN-CNP , was very knowledgeable and personalable. they scheduled surgery for a few days later. Dr. Heck was very nice and spent quite a bit of time explaining everything that was going to happen in surgery. I have met with therapist Kendra since my surgery. She went over all the exercises and ways to bring down swelling with me. She was very likeable and proficient. She really knows her stuff! i have been following her advice and getting good results. Everyone that I have come into contact at NWO have been friendly and respectful. I would recommend NWO to everyone!
