This was the best colonoscopy experience I have had. The staff was excellent. I couldn't have received more compassionate, competent care. Five Stars Plus!

Dr Michael Sherman is one of the best doctors that I have seen . He's thorough and professional and has great bedside manner. If he could be my family doctor it would be great. What I liked about him most is that he actually ask you how you're feeling mentally and physically .

Would not allow me to stay in waiting room (which was blocked off for distancing), for my 80 year old mother who has trouble seeing, hearing, sedation makes nauseous and trouble with steadiness with her knees and hips. I HAD A MASK!! Terrible place. Would not recommend. Poor patient relations. STEER CLEAR. I went to this Dr. Jit years ago for an endoscopy and he found 3 ulcers and recommended prescription Prilosec which I was already taking for years before having this procedure. Never offered anything else. PLEASE IF YOU ARE REFERRED TO HIM, GO ELSEWHERE.

- 3 is in order here! Dr. Handler performed a standard colonoscopy on my girl last week at this time. During that procedure he nicked or perforated her bowel. She also aspirated causing other problems... they sent us home at 4:50pm (5pm closing time) and said if she still in pain call the number and have the Doctor paged. She had MAJOR chest pains and said they would go away but didn’t. They also she may need a chest X-ray... which they did not do nor did they suggest for us to go get one. 3 hours later at home she was still in excruciating pain. We decided to have the doctor paged. 30 minutes later, I had him paged again... 45 minutes later I called and had him page for the third time!!! I ended up taking her to the emergency room in Huber, which in turn was huge. The ER transported her to Soin Medical where she spent the next 5 days on clear liquids, and was treat for a perforated bowel, phenomenal the chest pains. Luckily, the Trama Surgery that seen her took very good care of her, checked in daily and gave us options. No surgery is guaranteed to not have any obstacles and or problems, I understand that! But the fact that he never called back after being paged three times it’s completely ridiculous. He did stop in the hospital two days later which was appreciated and he did apologize but that does not correct his actions for not calling us back the night of the problems. Rant over... I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

This is the absolute rudest staff I’ve encountered in health care. The receptionist is terrible!!! The medical staff ( RN) I assume, takes my loved one back , says only him for now. Which I understand that they need to get patient in a gown & IV started. BUT after waiting for an extended period, I went to ask the rude receptionist when I could go back. She says he is already in his procedure. WHAT??? I have worked in health care for 30 years. I pray I never treat family like this place does. I assure one thing, if and when they come to get me, to take me to recovery room, they will know what I am thinking!!!!!
