This billing department is so not right. I had surgery February 2024 and I am still getting a bill that my insurance company paid December 2024. I have reported them to Blue Cross Blue Shield and to the Ohio Board. I will see this through as I spent numerous hours communicating that they already received payment. If at all possible avoid this facility. Dr Priano is great but he needs to hire competent billers/coders.

I have had 2 shoulder and one knee surgery (today)at this surgical center and never had any negative experiences. Dr. Priano is very personable and cool. All employees have been excellent. A very clean facility. I highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone there!

Great bedside manner! All of them. I dealt with at least 8 different people, and they were all super friendly, and did their best to calm me down, to make sure I was comfortable. I woke up in a lot of pain, and they did everything they could to take care of it. I felt cared for, even though I was only there for a couple of hours.

I had my left knee scoped the procedure was relatively fast. Facility was super clean. Even though there was multiple patience the staff made it feel more like one on one care. Staff are kind, courteous, and caring. They are quick with your wants/needs.

I had a partial knee replacement in Jan 2017 and just had my other knee scoped. This is a very modern, clean facility convenient to route 33. The staff are all professionals and very friendly. I have the highest regard for the doctors and staff here. Excellent care and aftercare. My knee replacement was done as an outpatient and I was able to walk out the door 4 hours later. They are a very caring group.
