In September 2025 I had a surgical procedure at this facility and I was highly impressed with the staff and doctors from their professionalism to genuine care. From the time I checked in with Tiffanie, to getting blood drawn, IVs, and making me comfortable this was the "A" team! The nurses Asante, Connie, Michelle, Hannah and James took pride in their jobs and it showed by the way they cared for me. My anesthesiologist, Don was awesome! He was comforting, and thoroughly explained his role and what he intended to do while I was under anesthesia. I have not had this type of GENUINE care in many years, which is why I had to write a review with a 5 star rating. The facility was clean and EVERYONE was Incredible when they took care of me. If I ever need another surgery it will be at the Pickerington Surgery Center.

After multiple interactions with this place, I can say it is a horrible facility and you should avoid it at all costs. The employees are rude. Their policies, especially their financial policies, are extremely unreasonable and unfriendly to patients, and they are inflexible and unwilling to help patients that need assistance. They represent the exact opposite of what a healthcare establishment should stand for. Very disappointing in every way

Had my second surgery at this location yesterday (12/17/24). My experience was excellent. My anesthesiologist helped with my PONV with no nausea waking up. The staff were all positive, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for the care I was shown.

The absolute worst billing practices of any office I have ever visited. I had an issue with my surgery. Then my mom went in under a different medical provider and was screwed over in the exact same fashion. They try to pass the buck because they know that the insurance and medical fields specialize in confusing and overbilling without any remorse or accountability. You cannot request a pretreatment estimate and they make you sign something at the time of your surgery that you are responsible for whatever they bill. It is predatory. The billing manager did work with me to reduce my cost but it was still hundreds of dollars more that what I was told the day of my surgery. It is ridiculous that they can just drastically change the cost and then offer no answers as to why they cannot complete an estimate with the insurance company prior or speak to patients like they are humans and not cattle. We are only as valuable as our fat insurance dollars fund their executive pockets. If you cannot do a pretreatment estimate with the insurance before the doctor writes his notes, then contact the doctor! I have done estimates with insurance companies, it is not impossible. I will do whatever I can to never have any procedures done in this building ever again.
