I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent PEP exam and related lab work, which has caused significant inconvenience and stress. Initially, it took two separate appointments just to complete my PEP exam. After waiting more than two weeks for my lab results, I contacted the UH south Euclid center to follow up, only to be informed that my test had been lost. As a result of this error, I was told I would need to schedule yet another appointment and repeat the exam entirely. This situation is especially difficult because I have a baby and am unable to attend appointments during weekdays. Unfortunately, I was informed that there are no weekend appointments available, leaving me with no reasonable accommodation for a problem that was not caused by me. Losing a medical test and requiring a patient to repeat appointments due to internal errors is unacceptable. The lack of flexibility in scheduling further compounds the issue and demonstrates a lack of consideration for patients

I give my Doctors 5 stars, they are amazing (Dr. Joel David and Dr Raymond). However, UH’s decision to outsource all the labs to Quest, and reduce lab hours and service level gets 1 star. Yet again a corporation chose profits over service to customers.

Took my newborn here and it took 2 people do run bloodwork and get a call two days later saying it was in the wrong vials so he has to go through all the pain again. This test was a time sensitive matter and now his life is on the line for their incompetence. Maybe they're good with adults but don't take your kids here.

Went to this very generous hospital to get checked in for my appointment for Monday (12/16). Everything went very smoothly. When asked about my info, staff was caring, loyal and loving in the nicest way. It's tremendous. Didn't even have to wait for an appointment because wait times here are quick, very quick. That is very humble and kind service. Whenever I'm here at this place, the doctor helps me feel at ease knowing that they care about me and my health and to make sure I'm healthy. What's better is that the doctors and staff always put my health first, especially during the physical exam, which was very wonderful and nothing less than loyal. They're also very kind to me. This is exactly one business that definitely cares about me and my health and the health of others, and I mean it from the bottom fo my heart. Believe me, every year that I've been here is worth every ounce of kindness, love and loyalty. Very grateful for the doctors and staff for taking care of all my health.
