I was very pleased with all my care from start to finish. The nurses who got me ready, the doctor seeing me before and after my procedure, the nurse who took me to and got me teary in the room and the lady who put me to sleep. The lady at the desk was also very caring.

It was a well-oiled machine. Very efficient at every stage prior and day-of, and yet I didn't feel like a number. The ladies I spoke to on the phone and the woman who checked me in were so kind and personable. And I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor spoke to me both before and after surgery and seemed to really "see me as person" and not just "one more patient." Good job!! Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to understand my apprehension and nervousness before the procedure and went out of their way to lighten to mood to help me relax. Your receptionist Heather was very helpful with getting me all squared away on the paperwork that I forgot to complete.
