2 stars because I was not told that once the final bill came I would have to pay the whole balance within 90 days. I received a call asking to pay an estimated amount of $200-$300 then on the day of surgery I had to pay another $200-$300 and now one month later I have 90 days to pay the balance in full or it will be sent to collections. This should be an upfront disclosure.

I have absolutely 0 complaints about my care and experience for my surgery. I had a wonderful team of people taking care of me and I don’t once think negatively about my experience on the surgical side of it. The billing department on the other hand has been nothing but absolute nightmares from before surgery. The snarky attitude given about not paying before surgery to letters being mailed out with incorrect information that they refuse to adhere to, to the manager being absolutely useless. I would never go back here because of the billing department. Surgical care and experience is 5 stars. Billing experiences are 0 stars.

Had a surgery done here with general anesthesia. From the beginning, they never called with information regarding pre-op testing I was supposed to have or even the time of the surgery (my paperwork said they would call with a time 3-5 days prior). The day of the surgery they gave me nothing to calm me down before the procedure (I figure it might be protocol) but I was very nervous and the experience was difficult. But, I understand sometimes things are just difficult and you have to deal with it and that's fine. The pre-op nurse was nice. The worst part was when I woke up in tremendous pain. Unbearable pain. They gave me something for the pain and asked me where I was on the pain scale and I told them 9/10. They told me there was nothing else they were going to do for me, they were done, because they are strictly an outpatient center and that it was time to get up and leave. I was still extremely dizzy and disoriented from the anesthesia and I could hardly control my body but they put me in a wheelchair and took me to my car. I had been conscious from the anesthesia for no more than a hour. I was so dizzy and sick on the way home it was miserable and I was still in an unbearable amount of pain. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME AS THE PATIENT OR HELPING ME. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT GETTING ME OUT OF THERE. I would NEVER trust them again with my care or with the care of a loved one. I liked my doctor, but I would never go back to this surgery center. I have had a lot of surgeries and I have never experienced anything like this. It was horrible being shoved into a car and being told it's time to leave while contemplating driving to another hospital for care because the place where I just had surgery was kicking me out.

We were there two days ago for our 16 year old son’s septoplasty/turbinate reduction and do not have anything negative to say about this place. From reception all the way through to recovery, it was an incredible experience! These are by far some of the nicest people in the healthcare industry we have ever met!!! Thank you so much to everyone who took such great care of our boy! From our past experiences, you can have a great doctor but if the staff at the hospital or surgery center is bad, it can make things unbearable. We highly recommend this place no matter who your Dr. is!

Right from the start I felt I was in good hands. The nurses were very kind, knowledgable, patient, compassionate and personable. I have nothing but good things to say about Regency Surgery Center, I was very, very well cared for here.
