Great staff. Very caring and efficient. I've had several procedures here and zero problems.
Excellent patient care! I have had several pain blocks with IV sedation. Every single time the staff has been exceptionally friendly and efficient. Nurses and anesthesia staff have always put me under with any issues. Thank you for making my pain better! Connie my nurse is the best! Pat B.
My first visit was yesterday. Everything went so smoothly. The staff were all so nice to me (and to each other). I had first opted for waking sedation, but after talking to the intake nurse, I decided to go with just a local. I'm glad they changed my mind - no pain at all and then, no recovery issues! Dr. Breckner called me today to check up on me. Staff at their Meijer drive office were also great.
I just received great care at this location. The staff worked very well together. They were very professional. Great communication among them and with me. The provider explained everything. I highly recommend this Center.
My experience was absolutely horrible. I was told I was going to be put under anesthesia, when I got there they told me I was going to have to go local and they called me the day before to tell me how to prep for the anesthesia and what steps to take. I then went in thinking I was having anesthesia only to find out it was local. As I went into the room where they do the procedure of the nerve block I was never numbed they just put alcohol on the area I felt every last burning swishing of the needle in my neck it was so painful. I then told the doctor I felt everything and it hurt and as I was having this procedure I was going into a seizure my legs were shaking tremendously three nurses had to hold my legs down. After the procedure I went to the ground having a seizure. They stopped my seizure or tried to pick me up off the floor some man grab my arm I have a scrape on my leg from the ground. So I called and talked to a supervisor Stephanie. Wow she's really wanted to talk to. Rude, obnoxious, didn't let me get what I wanted to say out she said she talked to her staff members and they said I tripped. I think I know the difference between having a trip off of a table and going into a full-blown seizure. She then basically called me a liar and I called the health department on it. I'm disgusted I will never go back there in my life or recommend it. Worst experience I've ever had. Staff is very unprofessional. And my doctor told me before all I would feel was the needle prick go in my neck. Not the case. Dr Padilla did not listen to a word I said when I told her during the procedure I can feel everything and I'm in severe pain. This man that came in and basically scraped my knee across the floor and told me loudly I had to walk to the other bed during a seizure you cannot walk. He then told me to grab his arm he yelled at me and told me I had to get to the other bed. This place is so unprofessional. And that was my experience.
