I was treated very well at Dr Faoud’s office and the hospital next door. Everyone was great at the office but unfortunately the only name that I got besides Dr Faoud’s was Ray. Ray was very upbeat annd a pleasure to interact with. Everyone had such compassion! At the surgery center next door, in particular, I would like to commend Stacie, and Caroline and again Dr Faoud’s for such caring and compassion that they showed me. I was constantly treated with respect and concern for my comfort. There was one person at this location that I did not feel that they cared whether I was there or not. This was the African American girl at the desk. As I approached she was on her phone and I felt like I was interrupting her. I don’t think she ever made eye contact with me. I believe her name was Alexis. Over all I give everyone else that I came in contact with a stellar A plus. Thank you!!!!

His staff is a joke. When I call to set appt. they never pick up. So I leave message and they don't return my call. I have 2 fractured sacroiliac joints are fractured.He never told me they will heal or that I can get them infused. He's out to make money off the patient not to make them well. I just don't trust him.

If I could give this doctor negative reviews I would. If you’re a female run far away from this place. Dr.Fouad was very ignorant towards me. He gaslight me so bad I went home and cried. I have several things wrong with my back, along with as, ddd, arthritis, herniated disc, stenosis, and a list of other things, this guy literally told me I was making all my symptoms up due to my age no way I could physically be in that much pain. I’ve tried everything from injections, physical therapy numerous times, spinal cord stimulator and they’ve basically told me well, that’s it that’s all we can do for you. Then the one of his staff (yet another male) called me back to tell me basically I was a drug seeker when I’ve never even mentioned pain medication In his office so that’s crazy to me. I’m so disgusted with how his office has handled things towards me and basically painted me as this nut case. Don’t waste your time here if you’re a female.

My wife went to Dr Fouad and had amazing care. She was in extreme pain and he saw her immediately. She had 2 epidurals and not only was her treatment from the doctor spot on so was the care she got from the entire staff. I highly recommend him.

I just had an appointment there with Dr. Fouad. He was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. I used to see Dr. Nuendorf for almost two years who help treat my back pain. He left and started his own office in Howland and doesn't take my insurance. I find it amazing (sarcasm) that Fouad was able to tell me that my previous doctor was entirely wrong with his diagnosis of my back pain after meeting with me for less than ten minutes! I don't know where HMHP found this guy but I hope that the people who run HMHP will read these reviews and take some kind of action to hire a real doctor who will actually LISTEN to the patients!!
