Dr Katherine Babbitt advised the only way to indefinitely solve the issue of my blood clot not coming back was to have surgery. My last visit she just looked at the area no real exam and said this was the only resolution as it would come back. Scheduled surgery and on the OR table she determined she was wrong and performed NO surgery. It took her 3 days to reach out to me by then I no longer cared what she said, i had lost all faith in her as a provider. I was already under the care of a competent doctor who said surgery was not necessary. She never sent a release into my work even though said she was going to to in her voicemail. She jumps into surgery too quickly as she gets a financial kickback from Taylor Station. No surgery yet my bill remains the same amount. She 100% failed as a physician for me. The exam could have been done in the office that they're now charging me for almost 3000.00. All this could have been avoided if she would have done her due diligence as a physician in October. She recklessly sent me into a surgery that was unnecessary. She should be ashamed of herself.

Would 100% recommended this surgical group. I had hernia surgery done by Dr.Babbitt and she did a great job with the surgery & my recovery was very smooth. The office staff is so friendly and they have been extremely helpful. They got insurance approval for my procedure super quick and they sent me a return to work letter super fast as well. The office helped everything go smoothly and it was my first time having surgery so it was appreciated!!
