Had SI Fusion today,..my Dr and anesthestist was great but nursing staff was not up to par.Did not let my driver know about ice pack (that I really needed) or any other info. The girl that done my IV was not personable at all . Asked her questions and all I got was 2 yeses out of her. Not professional at all. I am very very disappointed. It's 10:04 and just found ice pack, they said nothing about it. Surgery was at 1:15 or later.. supposed to be at 12:30... I will not go there again. Also it says affordable...mine was $17,000! Less than an 300 minutes in actual surgery..they probably had lunch while I WAITED an hour in exam room.
