One of the most comforting & cozy medical offices and details of the pre-op/post-op care. The operation itself I don't remember lol. They put me out and then I was awake and I couldn't believe it was done. They said I woke up talking. Not unusual but I was supposed to be resting my voice. You guys rock. Thanks for the kindness.
I just had an adenotonsillectomy here and was terrified; the director who is also a nurse answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was overreacting, as did Dr. Snell who performed my surgery. At the end of the day, the staff was understanding, compassionate, and professional. The building was very clean and quiet. My surgery went fine, and now I am home recovering. If you are an adult who needs your tonsils out, or a parent of a child about to have a surgery here, know that the staff is very good at what they do and everything will be fine. They will call you the day after to check on you, but I can't comfortably talk yet so I did not answer the phone. However, I do appreciate that they care about their patients to check up on us.
I went for a tooth extraction Yesterday.... Wonderful girls. They were very down to earth and sweet. I was very impressed that Dr. Stanley introduced himself by his first name instead of his credentials. He made the environment very comfortable and light hearted but still very professional right before I was sedated and that settled my nerves a lot. I completely trusted them and will for any future surgeries.
I recently had a tonsillectomy here. I told the front desk before the procedure that I had poisin ivy on my feet. After following all directions from the nurse in charge I was waiting in my room when this other nurse came in interrupting the nurse briefing me and freaked ng out on me because I did not wash my hands after putting on my socks? Later in this same nurse was the one wakng me up from anastesia and was very very rude mean and impatient only minutes after me waking up. I've never have been put under for an operation before but waking up and not knowing what was going on was freaky enough without this lady taking what ever bad day she had had out on me. Other then the one nurse the rest of the staff was OUTSTANDING and if you took the one nurse out of the picture they would get a 5 star on .how ever I am considering if the nurses outburst in a public area about my poisin ivy is a violation of HIPPA or not
I recently had a tonsillectomy and turbinate reduction done at this clinic. The staff was professional and incredibly kind all together! They did their absolute best to make sure I was well-educated about my recovery time and what would help me the most with healing! I had Dr. Brandon Pierson do my surgery and am very happy with my results as well as his commitment to his patients. The night of my surgery he touched base with me to make sure I was doing okay, by far the best surgeon I've ever dealt with. If you have to have surgery done, this is the clinic to use! The clinic itself was incredibly clean and really prepared for any sort of circumstances.
