Have been calling for two weeks to get my referral they keep saying someone will call me back, no one calls be back. Today they assured me someone would call me back, and so I called them to find out they close early on Friday. Good thing this is not an extreme emergency I would be dead by now.

Extreme unaccommadating and has nothing to do with helping people see just want to railroad you into spending more money and do not have the ability to answer such a simple question as can I come in and pick up the glasses I had made by you today with total honesty. I originally choose this establishment because of the fact they were very good in the past with customer service and quite capable of providing quality service. And they were very experienced in the cataract process. Some time has passed since the problem was encountered and I am most pleased to have a good update to share! They have remade the set of glasses there was a miscommunication on and refitted the frames. I am very happy to be able to say that once we communicated properly they went above and beyond to make everything RIGHT! TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Worst experience I've had in a long time. I was paying everything out of pocket and I knew that going in. I also told them I was paying with a certain credit card the day of my consultation. Their response to that at that moment was if you use that credit card you'll be charged an extra 12% interest. So i call my credit card company to tell them there would be 12% interest that the Dr office would be charging me and they said the dr office can't do that. So I proceed knowing I have 0% interest with my credit card company. I set an appointment to get my cataract surgery underway, drive one hour to the appointment. I chose to do the traditional cataract surgery which was a little over $3900 Because the research i did was there was no benefit to the laser cataract surgery which is $2700 more... little do I know that this business doesn't accept my credit card now... So I was told we do not accept your credit card for the TRADITIONAL surgery BUT we do accept it for the LASER surgery. If i would have spent more money they would accept my card... thats not right in my opinion... These people are not looking out for their patients, they're looking out for their pockets. Flat out ridiculous!! Now a couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail from my consultation for two tests they did on my eye... that should have been included in the $275 for the consultation!!
