Darrell and I both have had cataracts removed. Darrell was referred by the VA in Muskogee to Triad. OMG his experience was absolutely amazing. I went to another eye clinic who wanted me to do my surgery in about a period of 4 months he said why not do it here. To tell you about our experience here is going to be lengthy but once you read it you will I believe you will understand how wonderful this clinic . I have been in the medical profession for many years in both the hospital and clinic side and I always took great pride in patient care. It was not about the money it was all about the patient . Triad cares about the patient. When we first walked in we were greeted warmly and with big smiles. They were not fake or forced they were genuine smiles that shown in their eyes which tells you it is genuine . Darrell went back with this cute little bit of a girl named Brooklyn oh what a sweet kind little whisp of a girl. You would never believe she had only been a technician for about a year. Her patience with Darrell was amazing. She didn’t try to rush him when checking his vision. Then we met with Dr. Howell what a great doctor she is so kind and knowledgeable. Darrell didn’t have astigmatism. We were then taken to the financial counselor. I had seen her as we were walking back for his evaluation and I saw this young girl and she had a beautiful smile so warm and welcoming. I hoped she would be his financial counselor and she was!!!Tiffani was the greatest I felt an immediate connection to her. She was our angel! He was scheduled. He was so impressed with the front office and then he met the surgeon Dr. Conaly, his calm demeanor put us both at ease. There is another technician for the life of me I can’t remember her name for the like of me ,but she knows who she is she would joke with Darrell which he loves and so do I. The surgery staff Susan, Diane and Laura and Kristi so kind wrapped you up in warm blanket and tucked you. They explained everything as the did it. Darrell was so pleased. He had high pressure in his eye at his follow up which they had to relieve and we saw Dr. Crawford oh what’s gentle kind Doctor he was so gentle with Darrell when he had to relieve the pressure. His vision is great now. I know that I am writing a Novella but I want the world to know that this is the best if the best! I am even recommending Triad to my friends in Texas. I had to have laser surgery which MCR doesn’t cover because I have severe astigmatism but it was very reasonable not like Texas. I had everyone that Darrell had to take care of me. My cataracts were removed and I can’t wait to see better than I ever have before because of my astigmatism which is supposed to be gone! I know it will break my heart when we are both be completely healed and it is no longer necessary for us to come back. Because I truly believe we found where all the earth Angels are. Thank you Triad for taking such excellent care of us. If I failed to mention you by name I apologize. Oh and thank you to Bob the Anesthesia specialist for the bedtime story 😊

Highly recommend!! They addressed my concerns and made the process so easy. The procedure was definitely a life changer. I had cateract Lasik done. I was afraid to do it but so glad I did. The staff is awesome.

Fantastic front-end staff, short wait times, and the doctors are amazing, even with kids. And they handle themselves very well with emergency walk-ins. I don’t go anywhere else for eye care.

I’ve had the pleasure of being able to visit Triad eye Institute Mcalester, the ladies upfront are so wonderful knowledgeable and helpful. The techs in the back are so attentive and the doctors are always there to listen. 10/10
