Austin Ederer is great! He is always upbeat and friendly always explains everything so that you understand it. Answers any questions I have which I hardly have any because he usually has it already covered in his comments and explanations. Makes you feel like a person and not just a number. He listens to what you have to say and takes the time you need to be heard. He assisted Mr. James Bond in my shoulder surgery they make a great team! He is a great asset to this company! Thank you!
