Terrible pre-surgery experience...so much so that I have cancelled my procedure and am willing to now pay more at the hospital. The nurse called to chastise me THE DAY BEFORE MY SURGERY re: a cardiac test that I wasn't required to have...had the nerve to tell me I didn't understand...I actually do, understood what she was asking, etc... but I lost all confidence in having a procedure under general anesthesia with these nurses. To their credit, the facility manager called to apologize but the loss of trust has occurred. Remember- you're a customer/patient- this is YOUR health and you have choices.

Just had two eye surgeries here. I can honestly say everything about the experience was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. The facilities were neat and clean. The nursing staff was personable and professional and made me feel at ease. All in all, I can highly recommend this facility for surgeries.

The second surgery I had at this facility in June was a great experience, my first experience was good. I was not updated after check-ins, it appeared they forgot me. Then it was rushed service. The nurses were stress and not as friendly. I also was not notified that the anesthesiologist was not in my network only group, which has left me with a large bill. I will not recommend them for any of my family, friends.
