Is it possible to make a colonoscopy procedure a pleasant experience???? Believe it or not, Dr Conklin and his amazing staff can. From the wonderful young lady in the front that checked me in to the remarkable staff that prepared me for the procedure and got me back in my truck, everyone was amazing and it assures me there is truly hope for mankind. God bless each and everyone one of you!

I was very satisfied ! The staff at the office was polite and efficient. Dr.Nightengale was extremely thorough, pointed and reassuring. The paperwork for procedure was incredibly thorough, leaving all of my questions answered. The morning of procedure was all I could ask for. Staff kind, friendly and efficient. Nursing staff and nurse anesthetist 10+ professional and warm. I felt at ease prior to during and after procedure.The text system they have is amazing and reassuring prior to and after procedure. Dr Christian Clark was phenomenal. His nursing staff was amazing! My overall experience was great. Dr. Clark even called me after hours to check on me as I had some issues I was concerned about. He reassured me that it was normal and told me to rest, increase fluids and he would call me over the weekend to check on me. He went above and beyond for me as he wasn't even on call. Sophisticated rating is based on kind and compassionate care that I received from start to finish.
