I’ve been in twice in the last week for cataract surgeries. I was so pleased with everyone I had contact with from reception to recovery. They were all pleasant, kind, professional and helpful. They explained what was happening every step of the way. I also noticed how coworkers treated each other with kindness and respect. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

I had a procedure done on my eyes yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I was called back quickly to start my procedure. When I was getting the IV I told the nurse that I always have a hard time with IV’s and blood draws because my veins are hard to find. The nurse who was looking for a vain immediately called the other nurse to do my IV because that nurse had a good record with finding veins. She got it the first time and with minimal pain. The doctor was very detailed about what to expect and the anesthesiologist was also personable and knowledgeable. All of the nurses were competent and friendly. I got a call the next day asking how I was doing. I’ve had other surgeries in different facilities and they didn’t come close to the amazing experience I had at this facility. The only complaint I have is that I knew I would have to pay my deductible but with procedures at other facilities they ran it through my insurance first and and then billed me what was not covered. They also allowed payment arrangements. This time I was called 3 days before my procedure that I would have to pay for the entire $2000 deductible plus 20% (had that up front too and they didn’t do payments). I don’t mind paying what I owe but would have preferred being informed of that when my procedure was scheduled a month ago. Had to scramble to get the money. This was partly my fault for not asking and my experience was so great I still give them 5 stars.

Honestly our experience with them was wonderful. From Dr Kirkpatrick to all the nurses, we had such a wonderful experience. Very caring nurses who treated my husband wonderfully. I highly recommend this place. My husband had his gallbladder removed, before and after surgery they treated my husband and I wonderfully. I highly recommend this place for your surgical procedure.

DO NOT BRING YOUR YOUNG KIDS HERE! We arrived at 6:45 am to my daughters appointment to find out the woman who was rude to me the day prior at their office CANCELLED her appointment after I confirmed it with her. We were able to go back in later in the day. All went fine with her procedure but the nurse in the recovery room. Absolutely terrible! I walk to my daughter and she's screaming and crying being HELD DOWN being told she couldn't leave if she didn't stop crying. She isn't trying to get up or hurt anyone or herself. I took my daughter out of the bed away from the nurse. Who then told me she had to be in the bed but then changed her mind. The nurse continues to roll her eyes and make comments about my child crying. This was her first procedure. I said "maam shes 3" and she kept making rude comments. I asked when we could leave. She said in a moment. Kept making rude comments and then asks me if I can handle taking my own child home crying. Absolutely. She is my child. She kept getting in my daughters face. "Do you want to go home, you need to stop" so I got up and started to walk. She then escorted us to the door. Please, if your child is young, take precautions! I made a complaint with management who said THIS IS PROCEDURE I will never return back to a place who allows this bullshit!

Today my husband had his surgery, we actually got our surgery moved up and only had to wait about an hour. They staff were really professional and kind, they made sure that we had everything we needed and let us stay with each other till he was due for surgery. My husband did really great and now we just recover and the team did a fantastic job.
