My eye doctor had such a sweet "bedside manner". Very informative and positive demeanor. Gave a great prediction for my future eyesight. As far as insurance coverage and bill payment goes, I haven't gotten there yet so I can not review their process for those.

I had the most positive experience which far exceeded my expectations! I had cataract surgery & was nervous given the fact that at 60 years old I had been wearing glasses most my life & have suffered from migraines with aura since age nine. Eyesight has always been a focus in my life and having any type of eye procedure made me very nervous. Dr Madsen and staff at Eyecare Associates was amazing! From explaining the process, to the procedure itself (top notch facility with excellent staff) and follow up was professional and caring. The most amazing thing is being able to see! At my age having vision without glasses is a true gift. I will be forever grateful to the wonderful Doctors and staff at Eyecare Associates!

Dr Knecht is very kind and personal. He asks questions to best understand how to help each person in my family as we all have different preferences. The personnel at the front desk are all friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to answer questions and will give honest answers especially when it comes to what insurance will and won't cover so that we don't have a lot of out of pocket expenses. The new building is beautiful.

Dr. Lee has been great at explaining my issues with my eyes and the plan we have come up with to resolve it. Each procedure he has explained well on the what happens and the issues that might happen.
