I have had two surgeries here(carpal tunnel) and the staff have been above and beyond amazing to me. Dr. Healy is a true professional, but also willing to spend time with you if you have any concerns. Taylor was my prep nurse and she helped alleviate any anxiety I had before surgery. Props to her. In the operating room was Michelle(so sweet and kind, her smile lights up the room) Gretchen, two Hanna's, (both awesome, scrub nurse Hanna was very knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions I had before, during and after procedure. I could not have asked for better service.

I had left si joint fusion surgery yesterday and the staff there took excellent care of me. I was so scared and you all comforted me right from the jump. Lauren and staff were more then amazing,everyone went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Thank you all and perfect 10 from me!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this surgericenter, my daughter was soo nervous and scared because of her prior (traumatic) experience at a different hospital. Our pre-op nurse did absolutely AMAZING. I'd come to Bend, OR again just to be taken care of by the fantastic staff. If your children need surgery GO HERE!

Had a great experience with a disc replacement surgery. The Surgicenter staff was very kind and helpful from the front desk to the recovery / discharge nurses everyone was kind , knowledgeable , and professional. Even with a difficult patient like myself. Thank you for your professional and caring service. If you are having a procedure done here go ahead and relax a little if you can. Your in good hands! 👍

We had a better experience here than I knew was possible! Our 4 year old daughter needed a nasal surgery done for a broken nose. The whole staff made her feel so comfortable, positive and made everything so fun that she was never even scared or worried. The anesthesia doctor was like have Blippi in the room! Our daughter was so happy and even woke up happy. We are overjoyed and thankful for this staff and experience! Thank you Cascade Surgicenter.
