No integrity from their billing department. I was over billed for a follow up procedure that I wasnt even aware I needed. Then when I called them out on balance billing and charging me more for the follow up procedure they just gave me the run around and then sent me to collections. Id rather give the money to a lawyer than these guys. Update: I called your number and it went straight to messaging. Now theyre coming after me in small claims court on an ongoing CMS case. I was LITERALLY told by the medical biller that you overcharge insurance to "get what you want" and then adjust the bill sent to the patient after the fact. My insurance wouldnt cover it and you handed me a grossly overinflated bill 9 months after my follow up surgery UPDATE: So I got a call back from your administration and the person who called was just loud and continued to deflect and give me the run around. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They violated the Balance billing, No surprise Bill act and then weaponized small claims court against me to avoid actually working with a patient
Parents beware! Not a place for children. There’s no rooms just curtains so as our anxious child waits for his turn he hears another child waking from surgery and the other child is crying and throwing up. I asked if there’s a room and the nurse said we don’t have rooms here. We asked if something could be given to help ease our child’s anxiety before surgery and they said they’d talk to the anesthesiologist about it and that never happened. Nobody told us where to go after so as we waited they rudely told us you can’t be here. Once our child was out of surgery they said we can’t go back until we talk to the surgeon. We finally were able to go back and the nurse left and our child began to wake and we had to find someone to help. They then tried to rush us out saying to our half conscious child, ready to go home? Even though the anesthesiologist said going home too early is when bad side effects from anesthesia happen. Apparently when our terrified child wouldn’t listen before surgery he was yelled at. We found that out later. We do not recommend this place for children. None of them know how to speak to or work with children. It was a nightmare experience and we still have to calm our child down when he remembers his experience there.
Dr Fields made me cry today with her compassion after my procedure. Barb shared her kind story of moving moving after the pandemic, Asia was beyond attentive to my needs. I met you too, Ellie and I’m sure did good things! Annie showed off her sweet sweet ring her partner found for and Rachel? Rachel’s infectious happiness while checking me at 7am for my colonoscopy was the icing on top! Colonoscopy’s should NOT be this much fun. My all women crew today delivered the most memorable healthcare experience I’ve ever had in Oregon. Thank you to each of you.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Before my procedure, the doctor doing my procedure spent his time insulting and degrading me about my medication list instead of going over the procedure. When I told the nurses what he had said after my procedure was over it was like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough, they didn't even offer me help walking or a wheelchair to get out to my ride and I had been out of the anesthesia for less than 20 minutes. Will never go back if I need a procedure done!
Great but the intake girl is pretty impatient, rude especially before someone goes in to get a colonoscopy. Please don't rush patients, be snappy or tell them you don't have a clip board board for them to use and they have to use their leg to write on. We need to be able to write legibly so you can read our address, emergency contact etc. A lot of other mishaps happened but I won't mention them here. Please don't rush though your patients so much errors can happen.
