I just had surgery today at Chase Gardens Surgery Center. Every encounter whether it be via phone or in person was amazing. EVERYONE I talked to prior to surgery and the day of were knowledgeable and SO caring. My nurses Christy and Kristen were so amazing, sweet, kind and comforting. Christy my nurse I had pre-op and post-op was literally the kindest and sweetest human I have ever encountered. At this surgery center they really care about you as a person and it left a big impact on me and was so impressed by the staff.

I had surgery there two weeks ago and Gia was my nurse anesthetist. The entire process from the receptionist to surgery to waking up was very positive. I’ve had many surgeries and I’ve never had one go this smoothly. I woke up feeling good after a major surgery and was taken out to the car put in gently and drove away, feeling like it was a five minute process. I’m very grateful to the surgery center and the excellent staff.

Impressed! I've had many surgeries & I loathe everything about them expect the afterwards of ' Ty I'm better' the entire staffing were compassionately empathetic & my eye is Healing Ty &BRAVO

I had surgery here 2 days ago. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to surgery and needles, but Christy helped put that to rest. She is awesome! Thank you to everyone who helped as well. You guys are great !

My brother Lawrence Kirkland was scheduled this morning for an eye procedure with Dr. Hunter. Mike is in a wheelchair and they had no "Hoyer Lift" on the premises and wouldn't let his caregivers use their hoyer lift said :it wasn't sanitary"! Don't know if the problem was with Dr. Hunters scheduling nurse and their office not having it entered in his medical records. But when Chase cld to confirm his appt with Shangri la house yesterday that's when the mistake was caught. This would've been a wasted 4 hr trip along with our resources.
