JUST AN UPDATE ON LISA JEAN!! Dec.18,2025 At about noon today Lisa will have had surgery for 8 days!! She is doing great!! Following Drs. Orders and paying attention how she moves. I called into the clinic to ask a question and the staff was still so very nice!! I spoke to a nurse who answered my questions and put me at ease. Lisa is walking around with a cane for support and wearing her back brace how shes supposed to!! She is taking it easy. Im very proud of her and grateful to this clinic for what I see as amazing. Lisa Jean still has a road ahead but we couldn't have asked for a better clinic or Doctor. I am so glad that shes feeling better and is healing property. She has had to make some adjustments but some of these adjustments will stick with her to avoid future injuries. Just thought I would update on how shes doing!! From: Lisa Jean's Mom Abby

My daughter Lisa Jean had surgery last Wed on Dec. 10th. I think the staff was pretty nice!! Doctor Gallo was very nice. Sure she wasn't all bubbly and Chatty Cathy but my husband i were both in the room.. she asked my daughter a few questions said she had to mark her back and asked if anesthesiologist talked to her yet. It didnt bother us that she was professional . In fact when she left the room I told my daughter. Shes going to do a great job!! I feel like she did a fantastic job!! All the nurses were very kind. Before and after surgery. They let us know everything they were going to do and how to handle her after surgery. They told us and then gave us a copy. It was all very helpful. My daughter is doing very good. We all helped Lisa Jean alot the first several days!! She is making sure she follows doctors orders so she doesnt have a reoccurrence THANK YOU DR.GALLO AND STAFF!! WE THINK U ARE ALL AMAZING!! I read one person bad mouth the entire place from the very start??im just wondering if he was just in a bad mood the entire time ?? because we didnt have a bad experience... Everyone has a different perception!!! My daughters leg pain is completely gone. Sure it was scary for all of us but when your positive things work out for the best!! would recommend this place to anyone HANDS DOWN.

Well, to start with, Dr. Gallo has zero bedside manner and I say this because not only did she appear upset right before they took me into the OR, but she, nor did her staff have the courtesy to notify my wife that the surgery went good or bad after I was done! Not a phone call nothing! The hospital nurse had to call my wife as I was on my way upstairs to my room an hour and a half after the Doctor was done. By the way she had my wife’s phone number and knew she was in the waiting room. We had this conversation before surgery, Dr. Gallo and I. I had dropped my disability forms off at their office 3 times now, and have been told twice that they have been faxed to my companies HR, here we are on the third go around and it took yet another call to actually get the forms faxed! This is my paycheck we are talking about that supports my family of 5! I get the feeling I’m not liked by these people but that’s just me and how I feel, I hope I’m right because if this is how they do business I’m shocked that they are still in business. I will never use this doctor or institute again nor would I recommend them to someone else. Very poor customer service and bedside manner. I’ve read reviews about Dr.Gallo since my surgery and what I’m writing mimickes their reviews. As for the surgery I’m a week and a half out and feel a lot better than I did prior so hopefully the disc replacement is a success and she is from what I’ve heard a very good surgeon but that’s about it. No stars here. I guess I have to use 1 star or it won’t let me post it so disregard the one star.👎🏻

I've had over a dozen procedures and surgeries and it may sound funny, but I always look forward to see the best nurses and support staff every time I'm there. They always go above and beyond and I truly feel loved and cared for. Especially Cat, Richard and Brooke. You are so loved and treasured by me. Dr. Phillips and Mark are the best doctors I've ever had in my 12 year struggle with pain and the comfort that brings can not be measured. Thank you all so much!
