My wife and I both had Colonoscopies at Yamhill Valley today and as other have expressed, the process was professional, efficient and pleasant starting from the booking and scheduling through to the post proceedure discharge. The Doctor and staff were very pleasant and demonstrated a high level of service and competency. I highly recommend this center for any service they offer.

This visit was for my hubby's very first colonoscopy and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the process. Moreover, we were super happy with the friendliness, warm and welcoming atmosphere beginning with the receptionist, Kristin I think, right on through to the finish. Hubby said they medical personnel were very very pleasant throught the entire procedure. Makes it so much easier to get him to go back for the recommended five year follow-up..LOL!

Everyone here was really lovely. I had called 15-20 (not even exaggerating) other GI and surgery centers to ask about a colonoscopy for symptoms my pcp was referring me for and no one would see me until October - not for diagnostic colonoscopy/endoscopy unless you're over 45. I was lucky enough to try this place and Jill answered and spent quite a bit of time talking to me trying to help me figure out next steps. She was so kind and empathetic and worked to quickly get information from my doctor to get me in the next week. Prep wasn't bad at all and every person at the center was wonderful. Dr Gibson came in to talk with me before and after hearing my concerns and symptoms elected to also do an endoscopy so I didn't have to come back. It was easy and I was on my way back home quickly. I had questions a few days later and Dr. Gibson answered my questions personally. It's really rare to get this kind of compassionate care anymore so I'm incredibly thankful to the whole team - especially Jill and Dr. Gibson. I truly appreciated it.

What more can I say that has not been said before. Dr. Gibson and the whole staff are nice, friendly, and processional. I had a colonoscopy, and before I knew it, it was all finished. They make you feel comfortable and low keyed atmosphere. It was worth the drive from the Portland metro area and far less expansive than any place closer to home. By the way this is the second time I have used them and I told several friends, that also used their service.

I've had three colonoscopies in another state over the years at a larger facility, about which I had no complaints, but this was the best experience yet. The staff were both friendly and professional, the operation ran like a well-oiled machine, the bowel prep was better, and there was barely any discomfort afterward--and I had an EGD (down the throat) added this time. I'm really impressed!
