My 11 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed today. From the second we walked in the door we were welcomed and felt seen. I am a very protective momma and my needs for my son were met with high standards. Dr. Clark was professional and kept me at ease the whole time as well as his nurse Grace. Skyler is home safe and I couldn’t be more grateful for such a caring staff. My bonus son had his removed 2 months ago ( won’t mention the clinic) but our experience there was the opposite. Thank you OENT for caring so much for my boy. Skyler and I are so grateful.

Staff was extremely helpful and patient. The doctor was absolutely amazing. He gave details and options. He drew pictures to illustrate what he was talking about. I was put at ease by the level of care and expertise. Highly recommend.

I was seen at OENT for possible vertigo diagnosis. The staff were friendly and efficient. The provider I saw was very thorough and spent a lot of time listening and probing into my symptoms. She gave me a possible diagnosis I have not been given as of yet. She would like me to follow up with a neurologist asap and offered to help with referrals to out of area providers for a sooner appointment. I felt listened to and I felt she genuinely cared and wanted to get to the bottom of my issues and get me on the road to recovery asap. I felt hope and I am so happy I attended this appointment. They were great!

I had such a great experience at the clinic with Maria! She did my hearing test and took the time to explain everything so clearly. She made me feel comfortable and confident about a decision I’ve been putting off for a long time. As someone who’s young, I didn’t think my hearing loss was that significant—but the way Maria went over my results helped me understand so much about the challenges I face in daily life. I’m truly thankful for her knowledge, kindness, and the dedication she shows in her role.
