Dr. Rosenfield, his MA Kristin, and every staff member at Pearl Women’s Center I encountered is amazing. After 3 years of unexplained infertility, including rounds of medication, IUIs, and even a laparoscopy with my general OBGYN (who found nothing), I got a positive biopsy for endometriosis and was referred to Dr. Rosenfield. He explained that general OBGYNs may not be trained to spot all stages of endometriosis, but that even early stages can be detrimental for fertility. He was able to do a full fertility optimization surgery, where he found and removed stage 1 endometriosis, a cyst, and a polyp. Two cycles after my surgery, my husband and I were able to conceive NATURALLY! I still can’t believe that after 3 years of no answers, Dr. Rosenfield and his staff were able to find the problem and help my husband and I finally grow our family. Thank you thank you thank you for reigniting our hope and taking care of me!

I cannot say enough good things about Pearl Women’s Center and the care I’ve received here. Before finding this clinic, my hormone care was completely fragmented. I was driving four hours for one hormone and working with a telehealth provider for another. It was exhausting, inefficient, and frankly unsustainable. Having all of my hormone care thoughtfully consolidated in one place has been life-changing. I see Annalisa Schallerer, WHNP-BC, and she is exceptional. She is thorough, deeply knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely compassionate. She has an impressive grasp of hormone care and takes the time to explain options, listen carefully, and treat me like a whole person rather than a checklist. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. As a woman seeking perimenopause care, I’ve had prior experiences where providers either shut me down or clearly didn’t have the depth of knowledge needed to treat me well. That has never once been the case here. At Pearl Women’s Center, I have never felt like I had to fight or advocate just to feel better. The care is proactive, informed, and collaborative. I also want to specifically mention the front desk staff. They are kind, engaging, and genuinely funny in a way that immediately puts you at ease. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with warmth and respect, which makes a huge difference when navigating healthcare.

Thank you Dr. Rosenfield. You removed the terrible pain I have been fighting for 30 years. I am 2 weeks out and feel better than I have in years. My incisions are beautiful. I can tell they will barely be visible, even the ā€œbiggerā€ one. This is one of the best places to go in Oregon if you suspect you have endometriosis. This is a doctor who will fight for your best outcome and life. His team of lady nurses are busy but awesome. I only wish I’d sought care from this clinic sooner it would have saved me a lot of suffering.

Dr. Rosenfield and his entire team were very supportive and made me feel heard regarding women’s healthcare. Their followups after surgery was excellent, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The doctors listen to your needs and took my concerns seriously. I highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Pearl’s Women Center enough, every single person I had the pleasure of meeting here was kind and respectful. Like most people, I have a lot of anxiety regarding anything with healthcare/doctors and I’ve never even been to a gyno before until now and I’m so glad it was with them. They’re professional while also still being personable at the same time. I had my tubes removed back in April of this year here. The process was simple, straightforward and they support you every step of the way. Lastly, special shout out to the nurse who was with me when I came out of anesthesia (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name 😭) and Dr Rosenfield’s fabulous medical assistant, Maya. You two are amazing and made my experience that much better. I hope your pillows are always cold and I’m wishing the both you the absolute best.
