Called to speak with the office staff. The rep that took the call was extremely dismissive and when I asked to be transfer to the main IVR as he would not help. He hung up the call. Terrible service would not recommend.
Vibe seemed to not be very good from all the nurses and doctors, like they seemed stressed out and not happy. An hour late to get me in, even though I arrived early. Bad communication from the Dr who did my procedure, unprofessional remark made after the surgery. I did like the people at the front desk and the people who answer the phones, they were all super helpful and nice. The procedure seemed to be very technical and sound and that made me feel good. It was just the nurses and doctors seemed stressed out and not in a good mood. And bad communication by the doctor. Have noticed this in other reviews as well.
They like to double charge you, not tell you they did it, and then never return your money.
A lot of parking available, which feels safe duringthe day. The building is very clean and feels safe. Not a great layout if walking is difficult as elevators are on one end and procedure check-in is on the other. I'm sure a wheelchair can be requested at reception. Everyone I've ever interacted with have been very nice, very attentive and very professional.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - IF YOU GET REFERRED HERE DEMAND ANOTHER REFERRAL!! Absolutely terrible experience. These people wasted 4-5 months "processing my referral", only to tell me that they won't even see me because they won't make enough money (because they only care if they are going to "eat what they kill" by performing a very experience surgery). These people have violated their Hippocratic oath and should be truly, deeply ashamed of themselves. These "doctor"s should all have their licenses stripped. Seriously, read through all the 1-star reviews. I don't know how you people sleep at night (is it on a big pile of tear-soaked money?). I look forward to a reply about how much you care and that I should contact the clinic manager and have them explain to me why I'm not worth enough money to treat. Pro-tip to avoid these kind of reviews: when you know full well that you're not going to treat someone, don't waste half a year jerking them around. It's just money to you, to us, it's our health and very lives. Shameful. Your delay has harmed me, my condition is likely worse since I have had treatment delayed.
