Excellent and Caring staff all around when my dad had his Pacemaker put in. Called us afterwards to see how hes doing then answered any questions I had when I called in

The care and professionalism here seem nonexistent. They didn't have a private area to change into a gown. Or gowns that fit . The largest gown they had was a medium size . Just curtains that you were able to see through the separations. I was given a medium-sized gallon to change into. I'm a large person. When I said I needed a larger gown at least a large. I was told they don't have any they didn't deliver any. That was told that I could just go commando if I didn't want to use the Gown they gave me. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Also borderlining sexual harassment! I was not treated well the whole time I was there in the recovery. I'm guessing due to the problem with the Gown that didn't fit. You should not have to get undressed in front of other people.

Had an angiogram done today. Excellent care! Wow! I was actually blown away by the caring, nurturing and knowledgeable staff working at this surgical facility. Fantastic!!!! Kudos to the Nurses here, the receptionists, the doctors, the technicians and even the Administrator!

I recently had an angiogram done. From the pre-surgery instructions to the time of arrival to the time of discharge and through the follow up call the next day I felt and was taken care of. Asked several times if I had and questions. Overall a very positive experience.

Had an angiogram done on 8/24/23 in the middle of surgery I started having double vision I told the surgical team nothing was done and they continued on. When I went back for recovery I said again I was seeing double nothing done, when I was getting discharged I said it again to the nurses and doctor still no one looked at my eyes or assessed me. The next morning my husband took me to the ER where I learned I had a stroke. Please start assessing your patients when there are issues.
