I am going to start by saying that this facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Cleanliness is top notch and the care is even 10 times better. Every single person I came across at this center made me feel extremely welcome and honestly helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire process! My five year old has never had to have any surgical procedures done so being a first time single mom you can understand my concerns when it comes to be my child being put under general anesthesia. They explain every single thing about the whole process to you and answer any questions you may have! My son’s elf, Mr Huggers, got to come with him today in his magical jar. The nurses and Dr let him bring the elf back with him during surgery as well. They all helped make this day so special and magical by helping me keep Christmas spirit alive with our elf! I cannot say enough good things about the nurses here as well as the drs. Thank you every single one of you for today and for making this mamma have a peace of mind during the entire process! I recommend this center 100000/10 if you have a child needing any dental work done. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Although I cannot speak for everyone, I can share my experience at Western PA Surgery Center in Aliquippa. I arrived 25 minutes before my scheduled time, and the lady at the front desk informed me that I was early. Despite this, the nurse and doctor provided excellent care until the end. However, when it was time to see my daughter, who is 3 years old and not comfortable around strangers, the nurse asked me to come back and see her as I am still speaking to the dr so I felt very rushed . I could hear my daughter screaming, which is customary after waking up from general anesthesia. The nurse instructed me to take my time but rushed me out the door. It's worth noting that they did not clean her up; blood was all over her face, ps: her face was a lot worse until I was able to pull over to wipe her off a bit and they did not wait until she was fully alert or gave her time to compose herself. Overall, the experience was good until the end, and I would suggest they improve their patient care at the end of the procedure if you can’t handle toddlers or find it very overwhelming strictly work with older kids!

I seriously can't say good enough about this center. My daughter had pretty excessive dental work done today due to a fall at cheerleading. Her doctor was from Pediatric Asleep dentistry and he was just as awesome. But the staff at the surgery center was AMAZING. I seriously can't say good enough down to the anesthesiologist. While my 8 year old daughter was in surgery the director of the building Brad sat and talked to me, You never get that type of attention anymore. Such a great guy with a beautiful purpose for his center that he runs. Nurse Karlie also really stuck out to us as she and the rest of the staff went beyond to take excellent care of my Lyla and calm her nerves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the drs. It’s about the place itself. This is a very well maintained building with plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Clean restrooms. And clean halls. There’s a small vending area for you to use while waiting on a loved one. There’s a very nice elevator as well as a stairwell. There are only two floors. There’s a nice sitting area when you first walk in.

My Mother just had her first cataract surgery at Western PA Surgery Center with Dr. Phillips. It was a very good experience for her. She was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. This team of medical personnel is like a well oiled machine. They work together with so much professionalism. She was very relaxed and came through the surgery with no problems. She is looking forward to her second cataract surgery thanks to all these wonderful professionals. Thanks for everything.
