I highly recommend going here if you have a choice of where to go for your procedure. From the time you walk through the door till you leave, everyone was wonderful. The nurses make sure you’re comfortable and warm and take care of your every need. The establishment is very clean. Definitely deserved the 5 stars I gave it.
It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The desk person was very professional and friendly as well as all the ones after her. Bri was very competent during the admittance and helpful in getting me ready for the procedure. Hailey was a friendly face to see afterwards and her professionalism made me feel positive about the procedure. Dr. Lacey was a calming presence before and after the procedure. I would gladly refer others to your center.
My experience was great. I was schedule at 9:00am. The admin reviewed all of my papers which was very quick. In five minutes I was taken to the prep area. The nurse explained what was going to happen and ask if I had any questions. I put on a hospital gown and got into bed. They adjusted the bed and gave me a warm blanket. In 5 minutes the nurses explain the process and the doctor introduce himself and asked if I had questions. In 5 minutes I was given a drug to put me asleep in 3 seconds. In about 1.5 hrs I woke and was given juice and cookies. In a few more minutes I was walking out of the door. Thanks for a stress free experience!!!
This was as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped. I was treated with kindness from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I encountered put me at ease and made sure I continued to be throughout the procedure. There was zero discomfort and I especially loved the heated blanket! The colonoscopy home prep was so simple and tasted like juice. Very gentle on my stomach and bowels. I was amazed. I left my appt with written post procedure instructions and a full diagnostic report. I was tired but felt fine. Next day I was back to normal activities and they followed up with me via text. I highly recommend this group. I have no hesitation at all when the time comes for my next colonoscopy screening.
My experience was great! All of the staff are super friendly with me. I was very comfortable and assured that my test would go well, and they were right. The nurse even went in with me for support. That was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
