Every step was explained before and during my procedure and also what I should expect going forward .Was given all contact information to use at any hour day or night ,there would be a Doctor on call no matter what. From beginning to end, my appointment was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I called for an appointment and was seen within the next 2 weeks. There was no emergency. The woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. I received instructions for my visit by email. I knew exactly what to expect. At my visit I was greeted politely and warmly. I saw Dr. Gillingham and staff within 20 minutes. The doctor was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was able to do a small procedure in the office. I left with instructions that were clear.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Gillingham after he prescribed medication for an overactive bladder. He described other options but we decided to stick with the medication at this time. I love that he has other options available! I also love not feeling rushed during my appointment!
