Did not have to wait around at Consultation Appointment. PA was very knowledgeable and thorough with questions. Procedure instructions were easy to understand and follow. The day of my Procedure every person I interacted with from the front desk to the actual MD was friendly and did their job very well. Last month I had a gastric emptying study. I was told that I would get a call about my results a week from the exam. I've tried calling a few times to get my answers and there's still nothing. I don't understand the numbers and technical talk in the my health app. I want to hear my doctor or someone personally tell me exactly how the study went. I need answers. It is mind boggling that I am having to wait WEEKS for my answers. In my nearly 15 years of dealing with chronic health issues, I've NEVER had to wait this long for anything regarding test results.
