This post location is for Pain And Spine Specialists not corrected by owners misposts other procedures. Physicians privately lease space for procedures and use staff provided by facility. It is therefore billed to you as a Facility fee seperate than your providers fees allowable by insurance and by law required to give estimates. Facility offers a slight Minimal sedation for spinal injection that when done in Physicians off has a visit copay not added $250 in my Medicare Advantage fee for a facility. The number of staff required is 3 including my MD. Registration check in staff incompetent taking excess time information already provided prior to visit in addition to offer a couple percent discount prepay day of. Radiance has a pre op team staff can't provide copy to read consent and procedures in addition an anesthesiologist who asked I be given information and was wrong information for Anesthesia I was receiving when Anesthesiologist came back to have me sign. Anesthesiologist also had a team of ppl in the OR like room chatting away inappropriately and scary not focused, not necessary and distracted from job. Oxygen use and masks, and IV fluids, gowning, hair cover and even the hospital gurney all unnecessary equipment for my procedure wastes of medical costs and Unprofessional staff distracted for safety and prolonged time to complete procedure. My personal MD ROA from PASS I had never met was incapable to use online computer laptop top to locate and use procedure signatures online and required staff assistance and then never discussed procedure or any required information about procedure or consent or answered any questions but left the bedside stall I waited in and had some other RN or pre procedure staff have me sign online I never could read or be legally done at all. Will never use location again. RN gets vital pre and post procedure 15 minutes, a MD and assistant do procedure and street clothes and possible patients gowning used as well as an IV catheter capped in hand for medication is all that is required. Over killing careless staff and wastes excessive equipment use in addition to impact on insurance costs overall plus environmental costs wastes. Poorly managed and incompetent staff, most frightening my provider from a different office selection of this facility and choice to not have his own local lease space costing patients more for bad care that is a repetitive procedure and doesn't consider patients or any reasonable basic practices. Took hours for a 30 minute procedure visit and family driver waiting in small over cost architectural waiting area cheap chairs ? Ppl posts here positive are in the wrong place for Pain management use of facility as stated also makes a informed read of site owner incompetence and no replies.

I had the worse experience of my life at this surgery center. Marlane charged my insurance even though I paid out of pocket 3 weeks prior to my surgery. The anesthesia also charged my insurance when they should not have. When I was getting checked in for surgery, they asked for my insurance info and I questioned it. They said it was just in case if an emergency happened during the surgery.  And they never corrected their mistake by themselves. I found out that they screwed up weeks after my surgery because I saw a claim for over 4K from the surgery center with my insurance and over 1k for anesthesia. I tried to get it fixed many times calling them and I even emailed the director Linn, also Marlane and Dr Bryan as well. Nobody responded my emails. They ignored me. When I did speak with Linn and Marlane they said it was a mistake and never apologized. Shady and unethical business.

Beware of the extreme costs of the facility charges you will face when having anything done at this center. It seems to be geared toward plastic and cosmetic surgery, and you will be charged accordingly whether your procedure is something as minor as the removal of a small finger lesion or not. Our experience with this facility involved just such a procedure and the extreme over charge that was attached to it. Additionally, we were supposed to have some kind of a pre-op price quote, but never received anything of the sort and so we had no idea what to expect. For the removal of a 1/2 inch lesion from a finger the facility charge amounted to approximately 3 times (almost $2k) the charges of the surgeon who actually did the procedure. All this for about a 45 minute outpatient procedure (entry & exit) with nothing but a local anesthetic. The facility is truly a beautiful piece of architecture with a grand and elegant waiting area. Unfortunately, I'm sure a chunk of our bill went to the costs of maintaining that area despite the fact that I was not allowed into the building due to Covid 19 precautions and had to wait in my car in the parking lot until my wife's surgery was done. Bottom line is that I'd advise anyone who is considering having anything minor done at this facility to carefully reconsider that decision in light of the outrageous facility charges you will be forced to shoulder in partnership with those requiring more complex cosmetic procedures that are routinely done there. At the very least, make sure you get a pre-procedure cost quote, and make sure you are sitting down when you read it.
