I was there for surgery on my knee. The nursing staff were incredibly sensitive and caring. I have a serious phobia of intravenous injections that is often scoffed at, but the staff took extra care to put me at ease. Really appreciate their kindness to me.

New Britain Surgery Center was awesome! They have a great facility and the entire staff was top notch! My doctor, Dr. Paul Angotti, is the absolute best! His experience and expertise are accompanied by genuine empathy and encouragement which I really appreciated given all my anxiety. He’s fantastic, and if you ever have chronic foot issues, I highly recommend you see him! He is the only option as far as I'm concerned! While I'm giving out kudos, Shout out to both my pre-op nurses Melissa and Lisa, my anesthesiologist, Dr. Naheed Mohammed, who kept me from getting sick before and after my procedure (I owe you big time), as well as the entire surgical staff/post-op team who were all great (forgive me I don't remember everyone’s names)! They all took great care of me from start to finish! If you are looking for a place to have a procedure, this facility is an excellent choice!

My entire outpatient experience was wonderful! Everyone was kind and helpful. Due to my sensitivities, both Dr. Casey and the anesthesiologist worked with me to find minimal doses of drugs, so I would feel comfortable taking them. I felt great after surgery, had no side affects to the drugs and was even able to take 1/2 doses of pain meds. What a change from previous experiences elsewhere! Thank you to everyone who works at New Britain Surgery Center.
