I was super anxious to get my endoscopy. I felt awful for the staff because I was panicking and kept apologizing for being anxious and they made me feel so comfortable and told me that it was normal to be anxious! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurses to the anesthesiologist were very kind. They were very reassuring throughout the entire process and were very understanding about my chronic illnesses and ensured I stayed comfortable the entire time.

Had a nice experience everyone was very helpful and had patience since it was my first time getting an colonoscopy and also had the endoscopy would highly recommend if you have to get either 1 done.

Recently had an upper endoscopy here… After waiting over an hour past schedule time! It was WROST ONE I’ve ever had (this was my 3rd one I’ve had) I woke up with a great burning sensation in my throat; was told it was from “coughing during the procedure” FALSE. I have extreme swelling; my uvula is so swelled that it’s touching my tongue, while also having dark red/purple bruises on it! EXTREMELY uncomfortable and painful. Plus most of the staff were insanely unprofessionally rude from the receptionist, the nurses (except Lisa), to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor. The doctor and anesthesiologist were both dismissive and not comforting at all in the process!

Great experience , Wonderful staff! First thing the receptionist does is points out is the bathroom in waiting room 👍🏼 Second, the nurse 👩🏻‍⚕️ Hands me a gown that is not only much nicer than the ones you get at hospitals but it’s warm … like fresh out of a dryer warm… they keep them in a HEATED CABINET and it’s wonderful!!!! (It’s the little things) There is something very calming about a gown AND blanket that feels like it just came out of a dryer. Dr. Razavi is a great guy ,very skilled ,positive and intelligent. The Anesthesiologist (can’t remember her name) is pleasant ,very intelligent and competent. The whole staff managed to make something scary and uncomfortable into something ….well … not 😅 . Oh and if any guys reading this are 45 years old , you need to schedule your A$$ an appointment. (Pun intended) .

Was able to schedule colonoscopy quickly. Staff was friendly & caring. Dr. Meyers explained everything well without talking down to me. Colonoscopy was easy, not sure why I procrastinated so long. Next time I'll be much less anxious.
