I have been here multiple times over the years. In the last year I have been here 3 times. 2 times for a relative and once for me. My daughter and I had to wait 1.5 hours past our scheduled time before the was even called back. Now I'm sitting here an hour after my scheduled time watching nothing. If you want affection medical facily who has no respect for your time, then this is the place.

I am disgusted with the way that the nurses here treated my mother under anesthesia after her surgery and I am appalled at the way that I was hung up on after I tried to file a complaint while they continued to simply ask me for my information. The nurses manhandled the patient and accused her of taking drugs prior WHEN THEY COULD SEE THE SELF-REPORTED MEDICATIONS ON HER MEDICAL FILE!!!!!!!! I am so upset and advise you to think twice. I don’t know if it was because of my race but I can say with certainty that there was improper care of an older patient. While I have nothing bad to say about the doctors, I can say with certainty that the staff must be held accountable for their actions.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable through the procedure. Dr. Andrews was great, explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. Also office called next day for follow up as well as Dr. Andrews called several days later for follow up. Will use this facility again if need to.

The customer service needs improvement. Same goes with the service provided by the doctors. They got my health information wrong. Need to be careful on that. Doctor did not have time for me to ask questions. Nurses and doctors need to be more cautious about patients’ privacy. I could hear them explaining every patient about their health issues in the hallway and seating area. Some of the equipments were pretty old. I paid their bill online using their sketchy website provided in the bill and still they keep sending me bill. Weird place. Won’t recommend.
