From my initial appt with Dr. Yoo until after my procedure of a Colonoscopy and EGD, i have no complaints. I enjoyed the music in procedure room until i was probably snoring. Thank you guys for a great, positive experience!

Overall the people are organized and very polite. I don’t even feel anything, next thing I know procedure was done and successful. Highly recommended.

Reception and pre-op nursing care was excellent, anesthesia was excellent, physician interaction and post op nursing care manner wasn’t a “10” as other parts of this experience were… follow up call the day after surgery was also excellent. Overall I greatly appreciate this well run procedure center… I understand and value the efficiency.. please don’t lose the kind manner in the process.

Sadly the needed air conditioning broke down and major rescheduling needed to occur the day I was scheduled. Gladly they sent some of the patients from Lancaster to Brownstown. With everyone working together, my 7:30 appointment started at 9:30. Procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Kudos to everyone. Will continue to use them. Two thumbs up!!!

I had the best experience here! I wasn’t feeling well. My nurse Dawn, Dr Farrell, everyone involved w/ my care that day was compassionate, caring & truly listened to me when I spoke about issues that I felt were inportant for them to know. No one rushed me. They treated me as if I was the only patient there. Thank you so much! You’re the best!!
