I had a procedure here and truly felt taken care of! Everyone was kind, helpful, and efficient and I knew I was in good hands!
An employee named Crystal called to schedule my surgery and left a message. I did not return her call quick enough, so she called my emergency contact. I returned her call and she said she couldn’t get a hold of me so she contacted my alternate number. Which was my emergency contact number, causing a problem, as it was not an emergency.
My 3rd time there and its always amazing! The care is fantastic.
I recently had eye surgery here. The Dr. Was great, however the staff at the Village surgery center need evaluation. There was a very nice capable women helping me at first, explaining what would happen, and giving me the eye drops before the surgery. She explained that she would be doing a series of drops in my eye every quarter hour. 4 drops then two, then four, then two... So she gave me the first four, then another elderly lady came in my room and did not introduce herself, just came and said I'm here to give you your drops(5 min early) then she gave me three drops, and then I stopped her remembering the first women said I should only have two. She looked at the chart and said all non chalant,oh your right, and left. They need to fire elderly people whom cannot read charts. They did not care, but I was given more medication than the DR. Instructed because of her negligence and inability to read. This is unacceptable to me and she should have been reprimanded and or fired. What if she gave me too much painkillers? Too much insulin. She should not be giving medicine out if she cannot read and comprehend what she's doing.
I just wanted to share my experience at this awesome facility. The long blonde woman at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The mid length black haired nurse was so compassionate and got my iv started with the first attempt, which is very rare for me. Even the girl who took my vitals was very kind. All of the staff seem very genuine, like they aren't there just to do a job, but they sincerely care about the patients. I can't thank them all enough.🥰
