I called there this morning to set up a appt. The lady i talked to who answered the phone was polite they said i needed a copy of my card she passed the phone to another lady there who neefs to be fired she was ubnoxious rood and hung the phone up on me. If you can find a better place for your medical go there. This lady that i talked to for card information sounded like she could care less. Is that how the rest of the people that represent eyon surgical treat their people. Wooow
These people ALL made a colonoscopy PLEASANT. Most impressed with Dr. Shaw's bedside manner as you don't get this from many doctors these days as things seem to be hurried elsewhere. Prior to the procedure he came to see me to tell me he was going to "take good care of me" and "not to worry" and that "he'd come to see me again when I would be awake". All while wearing a SMILE.. On a Monday no less 😁 I just loved the guy. THANK YOU Dr. Shaw and support staff.
I had my appointment during covid and am very leary of most everything! They were super clean changing gloves every two minutes, washing hands, wiping everything down....I felt very safe and relaxed. The girls in the back Nancy, Tina, and Mary Alice were wonderful, kind and knew exactly what they were doing!! The Dr came out afterwards and reported what he saw was friendly and professional. I highly recommend having your colonoscopy done here.
I had my colonoscopy at age 25 due to symptoms and a family history of colon cancer. The nurses that took care of me were amazing, Dr Shah (from what I could remember lol) was very nice too. Even when I got sick the night before, he spoke with my fiancé and assured us that what I was dealing with was very normal. The only issue I have had, is Erica who works at the front desk. When I checked in, and each time I had to call the office, she has been very VERY rude and short. This is why I rated 4 stars. Working in a doctor/surgery center, where you deal with patients daily, you need to be courteous and polite and Erica is anything but that. But again other than that, the nurses and any other person I have spoken with over the phone (payments, appts, questions, etc) has been very polite and courteous.
I have never experience such poor service from a doctor as I did from Dr. Shah. What is normally a 1-2 hour procedure took 4 1/2 hours. I did have an issue during the 1st procedure, but Dr. Shah never came to my bedside to explain. After the 2nd time, he again failed to stop and talk to me to explain what happened and what he found, if anything. I have no respect for this doctor as he seems to care less for his patients than how many he can process (assembly line). I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
