When having an outpatient surgery one would think you would want to have all pleasant people working here . The girl checking people in is rude, short tempered and acts like she is doing you a favor with showing up to work. She can't even be bothered to be nice to the people on the phone. Someone should really consider some retraining for her or maybe she should consider a career change thank good the nurses are kind and make up for some of her nastiness

Avoid having any Dx testing done here. You cant leave with a copy of your images. Your testing won't even be read for 10+ days. They are apparently between St Lukes and Grandview so your portal is useless. Your provided with a # to call who will send your disc via FedEx overnight. Imagine the cost associated with this???? Just avoid

Had a mri of abdomen for a complex cyst with a mural nodule. They messed up the line in my arm and it was extremely painful when they injected dye. Then didnt get results after a couple days and called. Was told my mri results status was moved to elevated status by 2 people in radiology department to find out from the MRI department that they lied to me and I have to wait 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible. Will be calling patient advocate services.

Had X-ray over a week ago. Still has not been read by radiologist. Radiology department expressed concern for shortage of radiologists and stated all reports are taking about two weeks to be read. Would not recommend GVH for any radiology studies at this point!

I went to this location for a CAT Scan .First of all , the waiting area was large and beautiful with little hearts all over since it is February; such a sweet touch. And all the people were kind and pleasant. Can’t say enough about how kind and pleasant the experience was because of Karen, the technician. So much closer to my home than the hospital. Grateful ☺️
