Avoid at all cost !!! Terrible Office old outdated old systems dirty rugs dusty, and worst of all the staff there is completely rude ignorant and zero patience, It's definitely not a place where they make you feel welcome.

I arrived for my appointment and was turned away because I didn't have the $35 copay available and they would not bill me.I am a senior on a fixed income.All that experience conveyed to me is that their office is more interested in the patients ability to pay and not so much about the patients health and well being. I WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULING.

I had an appointment scheduled for this office since February 2025. It is April now. I waited two months to get in to get my liver checked. When I got there the woman said my appointment was canceled because they don't accept my insurance. I was never notified and never got a phone call about this, and when I scheduled the appointment the receptionist never said they didn't take my insurance when they put it in the computer. This is a very poorly run business.

Called to make an appointment, then called back the morning of the appointment to confirm the time, and then when we showed up all of a sudden we had no appointment scheduled. Remarkably unprofessional-if they can’t even keep track of appointments, why would you trust them with your medical needs?

Professional, competent and caring. ER visit for elderly aunt lead to having a endoscopy by Dr Yoo. I felt confident that he would do his very best to find out what was going on with her and he did. Thank you
