I am a new patient as I've only been there 3 times now, but with that being said, they are fantastic! Nurses take the time to ask you what medications you're on and your symptoms and doctors take the time to hear of your concerns. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend them.

I like the Dr. Masters and Dr. Youseff. But their staff and how they conduct business is ridiculous. I've been out of my medications for 2 weeks. Tried calling the past 3 weeks to get a refill and nothing. My pharmacy has been trying also and nothing. I just spoke to the front desk and at the end of the call she just hung up. I was in the middle of saying something but she just hung up. Wish I could remember her name bc she's been curt with me before and I'm not the only one she's like that to. Seems like the Drs are only in once a week.. you can never get a hold of someone who could actually do something for you, instead of the answering service. Ridiculous.
