I had a colonoscopy January 8, 2026 and I can't say enough good about my experience at Hershey Endoscopy Ctr. Abraham Matthew MD was the attending physician and he was awesome. From the front desk staff, Kelly and Annabel, to the superb nurses, the two Susan's, and Maria, the anesthesia nurse. Everyone was so empathetic and kind and all were professionals. Wonderful care was had by all! Thank you!
Just got off a “prep call” with a nurse named Aaron. He was totally rude, wouldn’t let me finish my questions, thought he knew the answer before I asked. It was like he jsut wanted to execute his duty and move on. Wow, really disappointed with this place AND I am a returning customer! Been there 5 times in the past 10 years but this time its a bad start.
Valerie to the nurses to Dr. Dahmus was so stress free! I’ve been fighting hardcore mental health and when I woke up from Anastasia my faith took off with God. When I was asleep I remembered all the great memories of my life and the bad memories were blocked. Dr. Dahmus saw me crying and really showed passion, caring, and all. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with Penn State but this was a huge step forward. Patient relations should remind nurses and doctors of all practices that we are sick coming in. We don’t need extra stress, attitudes, or nothing. Dr. Dahmus has been added to my memory long term now. She’s apart of my great team that I choose to help me. Thank you so much!
The Doctor was Phenomenal ( From Hershey Medical Center). The nursing staff was nice EXCEPT the male nurse who was rude. The office is VERY outdated/ building, the parking area is shared with turkey hill and some other stores. This is NOT an outpatient surgery center nor is it affiliated with Hershey Medical Center ( when I found this out it was too late to get an appointment with the Hershey Medical Center where I initially requested for the colonoscopy). There isn't an anesthesiologist at this building ( this is whatI was told) they have a CRNA who was very kind and knowledgeable. The room where they do the procedure is extremely small. I personally will not return to this office.
The staff here are absolutely great. They make you feel like your are among friends and they genuinely care for you. It starts from the time you walk in until you walk out and continues the next day when they follow up as to how you are doing. Before the procedure you meet your prep nurse, anesthesiologist and doctor and they answer all questions you may have. They don't act like they know everything and you are just a dumb patient. You are treated like a special person. Thank you Dr Dye and staff for being there for me and assuring me everything would be just fine.
