Usually runs smoothly & on-time here. The nurses here are the very best& treated me with respect & a little comforting humor. Caroline put in my IV painlessly & Maryann, the intake RN, put me at ease. This is a clean, professional, stress-free surgical center. If I need any outpatient procedure this is the only place I will use.

The nurses at the surgery center are rude, poor communicators, and frankly lacking heavily with their bedside manner. 1 star was generous. I just assumed the nurse in charge of registration, should not being working with the general public. With such a high- anxiety situation of surgery there should be highly trained professionals, not the poorly trained nurse, that they have. Thankfully I use Abington hospital for my surgeries, the are so much better!!
