I agree with the other reviewer. I paid thousands for surgery & lenses over two months ago. Meanwhile I'm getting bills from my Doctor and Anesthesiologist. They STOLE my money! It's not right! And to top it off, I overpaid. My next step is to file a compliant with the BBB and contact the Attorney General's office. You can't treat people like this and expect to get away with it.

I overpaid $656.89 to this facility. I had 2 surgeries and I had a copay of $250 but was charged a different price at each appointment. When I questioned why I was charged these prices, they could not explained but said it was the coinsurance of which I had NONE. Now almost 40 days later I am waiting for my repayment. I am able to read the benefits statements but others may not. I fear that many others have overpaid and not been reimbursed. Patients beware.

As a Lyft driver, I’ve frequently picked up rides for DelVal ASC, but their practices are deeply troubling and harmful to drivers. When I cancel a request for practical reasons, such as distance or timing, they flag my Lyft account, unfairly jeopardizing my ability to earn a living. Worse, a passenger informed me on June 26, 2025, that DelVal ASC staff explicitly instructed them not to tip drivers, a practice that is not only unethical but potentially illegal, as it undermines drivers’ fair compensation. Additionally, they use newly created client accounts for each ride, preventing drivers from rating their service in the Lyft app and evading accountability. These actions hurt drivers and may deter us from accepting DelVal ASC’s requests, potentially leaving their clients stranded. I strongly urge DelVal ASC to stop flagging accounts unjustly, cease discouraging tips, and use consistent Lyft accounts to allow fair feedback. Lyft should also investigate these practices and consider suspending services with DelVal ASC until they show some respect for drivers. We provide an essential service and deserve better treatment.

I had my first ever eye surgery (EVO Visian) here and absolutely recommend these people! All the nurses were so kind and helpful and Dr. Aronsky was amazing! Special thanks to the sweet nurse who held my hand during surgery. That truly helped me to relax. You guys are incredible! Love my results!

I just had my first Light-Adjustable-Lens (LAL) Surgery for Cataracts on one eye. I can not express the excitement I felt seeing immediately. Dr. Neil Farbman, MD, is fantastic. I cannot give enough praise for all of the Staff at the Eye Surgery Center. Upon entering the Eye Surgery Center you are greeted with a smile and very courteous demeanor from the patient advocates. Being taken to the back for surgery the Nurses were all very friendly and very proficient. I have difficulties when putting in an intervenus line. The nurse, Mary Ann, a young and extremely patient nurse took so much care locating a vein and inserting the needle. I was extremely grateful. I felt no pain and absolutely no bruising. My experience there was 5 star. I am thankful that All of the Staff care so much for All of their patients, from a nurse passing by wrapping me in a warm blanket to everyone asking how I was doing every step of the way. Thank you !! Thank you !! Well done !!
