The visit with Brent was good. He answered all my questions and was very informative. However, I didn't receive my pre-checkin email until 35 minutes after my appointment time. The practice also didn't inform me the exact location of my appointment. I went to the listed suite in Lancaster on Google only to find out I was to go to a different building on the campus.
