Surgury was great. Billing department absolutly horrible ! Told at least half upfront with no previous mention until literally at waiting room for surgury.

Integrated Surgical institute is awesome 👍. All the nurses are compassionate and caring. Always ready to lend a hand. They get you ready before you go back to the OR for your procedure. The anesthesiologist are all very nice as well. I've met 3 of them so far! I have very high anxiety, they all know me here, so they always give me something to help calm down before I go back to the OR. My doctor is A #1. From the check in process to the recovery room everything flows very well. Would greatly recommend.

Today will be my third surgery at this location with Dr Tiedeken first was trigger finger release second carpal tunnel on right hand today carpal tunnel on left. They are all very professional and this place is very clean the nurses are all very friendly.

Finally had to have knee surgery, From the receptionist to the two ladies that prepped me , the anesthesiologist and surgery room nurses they were all very professional, caring, friendly. Got notice that I had to pay my entire deductible before the surgery. They don't offer reasonable payment plans. I've never heard of any place making you pay the entire deductible. Lost time off work due to this and not very happy that I have to remain in extreme pain because I can't afford to have the procedure done.
