Procedure and nurses here are great. I appreciate the follow up call however I'd be nice to be at least introduced to the doctor performing procedure. My consultant was with another Practitioner. Ive had similar procedures under Anastasia before and was familiarized with doctor prior. Expressed my concerns, if I wanted to be treated like another number I wouldnt have bothered finding a 3rd party facility.

Had my endoscopy done yesterday and this center was wonderful. I was taken in and finished ahead of schedule. Everything was explained along the way. Staff was great, especially Greta-great bedside manner, thank you!
